Next Dev Labs provides development services for FiveM servers, Discord bots, and custom commissions. Our services include but are not limited to script development, bot creation, and technical support for our products.

Some of our services may require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, including but not limited to code, scripts, designs, and documentation provided by Next Dev Labs, is the property of Next Dev Labs and is protected by intellectual property laws.

When you purchase our products, you are granted a license to use them according to our licensing terms. Please refer to the Licensing section for more details.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following activities:

• Redistributing, reselling, or sublicensing our products without permission
• Reverse engineering our code
• Using our services for illegal purposes
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable once the product has been delivered or access has been granted.

In exceptional circumstances, such as if a product is found to be defective or not as described, we may issue a refund or provide a replacement at our discretion.

Our standard license grants you the right to use the purchased product on a single server or for a single purpose. You may not redistribute, resell, or sublicense the product.

For certain products, we offer an extended license that allows for use on multiple servers or for multiple purposes. The specific terms of the extended license will be provided at the time of purchase.

3. Custom Development

For custom development work, the licensing terms will be specified in the project agreement. Unless otherwise stated, you will own the rights to the custom work created specifically for you.

4. Open Source Components

Some of our products may include open source components that are subject to their own licenses. Information about these components and their licenses will be provided with the product.
